Centra Cam actively fund raises to assist with the costs of specific projects and specific needs.

Fudge Sales - This fundraiser is held each November and makes the perfect Christmas gift for someone with a sweet tooth.

WE ALSO MAKE FUDGE FOR YOU TO SELL! - This is an excellent fundraising resource for any group or organization. If you are interested in having your own Fudge Fundraiser, please contact our C.O.V.E. Coordinator.

Throughout the year, we continuously raise funds. We sell some of the non essential goods donated to the Emergency Clothing & Furniture Depot at the Outlet Store. We also regularly deliver catalogues. There is also the sale of goods and services produced or supplied by our Business Department.

Over the next few years we are undertaking a major capital fundraising campaign. Our programs have grown to such an extent that our main facility needs a complete renovation. If you would like to be apart of this exciting time and help us meet the needs of so many individuals that are requiring services, please forward your donations to:

POLICY: Centra Cam Vocational Training Association will recognize corporations, individuals, and foundations for donations and monetary support.

GUIDELINES:

For monetary contributions of twenty dollars or more a thank you card is sent.
For all donations of merchandise or services a market value must be determined, and recognition will be made according to that value.
If a contributor asks for a charity receipt, one will be issued by the Office Clerk or Payroll/Bookkeeper Clerk.
For monetary or service donations for a capital campaign, in an amount exceeding $100, the contributor will be named on a donor board to be placed in a public area of the facility to which the donation was made.
For monetary sponsorship of a program or service, the contributor will be recognized as a contributor in advertising of that program or service, and an acknowledgement of the contributor will be posted in a prominent spot within the program’s facility. The contributor will have their logo on brochures of the program related to the contribution.
Centra Cam will honour the level of recognition as per Centra Cam’s policy.

Special requests for donor recognition may be considered for gifts larger than $5000 if they are not in contradiction with by-laws, procedures or other policies, and if they are approved by the board of directors.
PROCEDURES:

The sponsorship level chart will be used to determine the recognition that is suitable for contributions made to our agency.
All recognition of contributions to Centra Cam Vocational Training Association will be made in a timely manner.
