IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SERVICES     Contact the Community Supports Coordinator with Persons with Developmental Disabilities (P.D.D.) at 780-679-5058, to determine the types of supports you are needing.     Upon receiving your PDD application, Centra Cam’s Program Manager will contact you, to set up an intake meeting. During this meeting you will take a tour of Centra Cam’s facility and complete the Centra Cam application package.     The Program Manager will process your application, in conjunction, with the Persons with Developmental Disabilities resource team. She will also work with you to set up an appropriate start date and schedule.     Client hours are based on the number of hours PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities Board) determines are available for each individual. They are also based on client interests, programming needs, and availability of funding and staffing.
